Smooth, elongatepentagonal to rounded-subpentagonal; widest at about midvalve; dorsibiconvex, dorsal valve acutely convex, ventral valve moderately convex; uniplicate, dorsal fold almost imperceptible; ventral sulcus broad, shallow, arcuate; beak small, suberect; foramen small, circular, submesothyrid; deltidial plates small, conjunct, auriculate. Crura often distally serrate, bases not thickened; pedicle collar strong, elaborate. |
