Medium to large, transversely
ovate, unisulcate, costate to strongly
multicostate; beak erect to suberect, attrite, foramen
medium to large, submesothyrid to mesothyrid,
deltidial plates commonly conjunct. Cardinalia
weakly to moderately thickened, hinge plates excavate,
moderately to steeply inclined, meeting on
low median septum to form septalium; adult loop
trabecular. |
